Privacy policy
Last updated: 08 Oct 2026
This policy explains which data TXBot processes, why, and what your rights are, under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018). The data controller is the company that offers the service. This translation is provided for convenience; the Portuguese version prevails.
1. Data we process
- From the purchase and the account: e-mail, guild name, chosen Tibia server, plan and payment history (status and Mercado Pago identifier). We never receive or store card data.
- From the bot configuration: your TeamSpeak address and port, server password (if any), the privilege key and the bot's identity on your TeamSpeak, and the settings made in the panel.
- From use in TeamSpeak: when someone sends a command to the bot, we record the nickname, the TeamSpeak identifier (UID), the command and the date, for the panel history. We also process the groups of your TS users to apply the configured permissions.
- From the game: public data about characters and guilds published on the Tibia servers' websites (name, level, vocation, guild, online times and deaths).
- Technical: IP address and access logs for the site and the panel, for security (for example, limiting login attempts).
2. What we use it for
- Providing the contracted service: connecting the bot to your TeamSpeak, building the channels, sending alerts and organizing respawns.
- Processing payments, activating and renewing access.
- Sending messages about your account (for example, the link to create your password).
- Keeping the site, the panel and the bot secure.
3. Who we share it with
- Mercado Pago, to process payments.
- E-mail provider, to send transactional messages.
- Hosting and network providers, where the service runs.
We do not sell your data.
4. How long we keep it
We keep the data for as long as the account exists. Payment records may be kept for the period required by tax law. Public game data is kept for as long as the service's features need it (for example, the level and death history).
5. Security
Panel passwords are stored hashed (never in plain text), panel access uses a protected session and traffic uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
6. Your rights
You may request confirmation of and access to your data, correction, deletion of the account and the data (subject to legal obligations), as well as information about sharing. To do so, contact us through the contact below.
7. Contact
Privacy matters: through the support contact on the site.
