Terms of use

These terms govern the use of TXBot (“the service”), offered by us. By buying or using the service, you agree to them. This translation is provided for convenience; in case of doubt, the Portuguese version prevails.

1. The service

The service is a TeamSpeak bot that, connected to the TeamSpeak server you indicate, shows in channels public information about characters and guilds of the Tibia server chosen at checkout (who is online, deaths, levels), sends alerts and organizes the use of respawns. The bot runs on our servers and is configured through the web panel.

2. Account and access

• Access to the panel uses the purchase e-mail and the password you create. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for whatever is done with your account.
• To work, the bot needs administrator permissions on your TeamSpeak (through the privilege key you generate and paste in the panel). You can revoke that access at any time from TeamSpeak itself.
• Each plan corresponds to one bot, on one TeamSpeak server and one Tibia server. The Tibia server is chosen at checkout; changes are made through support.

3. Plans, payment and renewal

• Plans are prepaid, per period (1, 3 or 6 months), at the prices shown on the site at the time of purchase.
• Payment is processed by Mercado Pago. Access is released after the payment is confirmed.
• By default there is no automatic renewal: at the end of the period the bot stops working until you add more time through the panel. Purchased days are added to the ones still remaining.
• Free trial: when available, the full bot can be used for 3 days without payment and without a card, once per guild (one trial per e-mail, per WhatsApp and per TeamSpeak server). At the end of the period the bot stops until a plan is purchased; when you buy, the remaining trial days are added to the plan. Duplicate trials or trials with false data may be terminated without notice.
• Optionally, you can turn on automatic card renewal (a Mercado Pago subscription) under “My account”, in the panel. You are charged on the due date, for the chosen plan, and it can be cancelled in the panel at any time, without penalty.

4. Right of withdrawal

As this is an online purchase, you may withdraw within 7 (seven) calendar days from the purchase and receive a refund of the amount paid, under article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. To do so, contact support with the purchase e-mail.

5. Permitted use

You agree not to use the service to harass, threaten or stalk people, to send spam or for any illegal purpose. We may suspend the service in case of abuse, after notifying you.

6. Availability and limitations

• We work to keep the bot online 24 hours a day, but interruptions may happen (maintenance, network failures, changes on the Tibia servers' websites or in TeamSpeak).
• The information shown comes from the public websites of the Tibia servers and may be delayed or unavailable when those sites change or go down.
• Features such as !scan indicate likely characters of the same player based on login times; they are not a confirmation.

Tibia is a registered trademark of CipSoft GmbH. TeamSpeak is a trademark of TeamSpeak Systems GmbH. We are not affiliated with those companies or with the supported Tibia servers (OTs).

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Relevant changes will be announced in the panel or by e-mail.
