Frequently asked questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. 3 free days with 20 slots, no card: fill in the form and click "Try 3 days free" and the server is created right away, just like a paid one. Like it? Order from the panel before it ends and the server stays the way you left it. One trial per e-mail and per WhatsApp.
Can I ask for the server to be set up differently?
Yes, at no cost. Channels, groups, permissions, icons: message us on WhatsApp and we'll set the server up the way your guild wants. We're always here for that.
Can I increase the slots later?
Yes. When the guild grows, just move up a plan: the server stays the same, with the same channels and permissions.
Does the server run 24 hours a day?
Yes. The server stays on all the time in our datacenter in São Paulo, without depending on any computer of yours.
Can I get TXBot too?
Yes, and it's cheaper: ticking "Add TXBot" when ordering, the TeamSpeak is 50% off, in a single payment. The discount stays on TeamSpeak renewals while the bot is active. It doesn't stack with coupons: the bigger discount applies.
Which channels come ready?
A restricted area (Server Atual, Privado, Imbuements, Reunião and Admin Room), Channel 01 to Channel 12 and AFK, with ready-made groups (Admin, Moderator, levels from 100+ to 1500+, vocations with icons and more). Want a different layout? Just message us on WhatsApp and we adjust channels and permissions, at no extra cost.
How does the Anti-DDoS protection work?
The server's traffic goes through Cloudflare Magic Transit, which filters attacks before they reach TeamSpeak. It is protection for more stability during attacks.
What is the difference between the TeamSpeak 3 server and TXBot?
The TeamSpeak 3 server is where your guild talks. TXBot is the bot that joins that server and shows hunteds and friends online, reports deaths and organizes the respawn queue. You can use both together or just one of them.
Is there TeamSpeak 6?
For now, the server we offer is TeamSpeak 3. TXBot works on both TeamSpeak 3 and TeamSpeak 6.
Can I use my own domain?
Not for now. Every server comes with an address with your guild's name, no IP or port, which is what the guild types in TeamSpeak to connect.
Can I move my current TeamSpeak?
Yes, for free. Send us screenshots of your current TeamSpeak (or admin access) on WhatsApp and we'll recreate the channels, groups and permissions on the new server.
Is there a minimum term?
No. You pay for the period you choose (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or yearly) and renew only if you want.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes: just don't renew. The server stays online until the end of the paid period and is then turned off. Remaining time is not refunded.
